It's a little Sacrament booklet with quotes about the Sacrament, our Savior, and the covenants we make by partaking of the Sacrament. (If you would like to know more about the visiting teaching program please visit http://www.lds.org/.)
Here is what you'll need:
a small picture of Christ (I got mine at Deseret Book)
white card stock
a brad
a piece of vellum
I printed out the quotes that I liked best. I actually found some that weren't in the lesson but I liked these better. You can find the quotes in format here, or type up your own. I made a label document with each square the size of the picture so they would be easy to cut out.
I cut out the quotes and attached them to the picture with a piece of vellum over the front of the picture. I made them small enough that they can hang out in a set of scriptures. I hope my sisters enjoy them and I hope you are able to use and enjoy them as well.
Now make your appointments and go visit!
There's probably not much that would make me wanna go visiting teaching. (did I say that out loud?) But making a cute thing might help. I wouldn't want to wasted a cute thing! Thanks for the inspiration. I'm gonna try to be better!
