I saw this photo in the Pottery Barn catalog last year and loved it (it is in the spring catalog again this year). I made a similar one for my table. I filled the vase with rocks around the flower branches (to hold it together). For Easter, we hang sparkly and colored eggs (found at Taipan) on the branches. My kiddos loved to help hang the eggs this year. It looks great without the eggs and makes a pretty summer centerpiece as well. Now I just need those cute porcelain bunnies and a spring table runner.
Very pretty! Are those forsythias?

ReplyDeleteI love it Jamie! And I have a perfect spot for one of my very own.
ReplyDeleteWhatever Dee-Dee Wants, you are correct, those are forsythia.
I was just thinking-I'm going to have to ask Nikkala what these flowers are! You would definitely know!
ReplyDeleteWell, that is just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI picked up a ceramic bunny from tai pan. It is smaller and laying down, but I think it would be a great alternative!
ReplyDeleteThis table is beautiful. I love this idea with the flowers. Perfect for all of the spring time. The eggs are a great addition. I may have use this idea.
