I saw these in the Pottery Barn Kids catalog and absolutely love them! I want to make some similar ones to match Abby's room. What do you guys think? Can I do it? Looks like I'll just have to get some fun patterned material, some embossing thread, canvas, and some paint. Have you guys ever hand stiched through canvas? I love how they used material on the sides of the canvas and i'm loving the polka-dots. To the fabric store I will go! This will be a good spirng project! I will post photos if I complete this project. This could be a fun -Wish me luck!!

{I want to make these!}
I saw these in the Pottery Barn Kids catalog and absolutely love them! I want to make some similar ones to match Abby's room. What do you guys think? Can I do it? Super cute Jamie. I think you can do it for sure. I think Holly has worked on canvas before. Maybe she can give you some insight. ;)

ReplyDeleteI want to make them too! You don't know me, but I came across your blog because I want to make these for my daughter's room also. I have stitched on canvas before. Just use an embroidery needle. Good luck! Post pics when you are finished.
